Quick help needed

I accidentally changed my display size the wrong way.
I can not see half of anything on my screen.
If I go into display and try to change the settings I
can not see the apply button.
How do I get my screen back to normal?

ok go back into display and change the settings as u need then use the tab button to move between buttons (tab button is normally 2 arrows on the left below the number keys) and hit enter apply is approx 6 tabs away ok is 4 tabs away both will work
