Help with a bet

Hi all,
I have a football bet that uses two selections in four matches as follows;
Leg 1.Team 1 draw Team 1 away
Leg 2.Team 1 draw Team 1 away
Leg 3.Team 1 draw Team 1 away
Leg 4.Team 1 draw Team 1 away
Any three both ways and all four both ways equals 48 bets.
Will it be the same amount of bets if I pick 2 horses in four races and use the same perm any three both ways and any four both ways? i.e.
Leg 1. Horse 1 Horse 2
Leg 2. Horse 1 Horse 2
Leg 3. Horse 1 Horse 2
Leg 4. Horse 1 Horse 2
It looks like a combination type of bet to me but I am not sure.

The bet will be 2*2*2 multiplied by the number of trebles from 4 (4) = 32 bets PLUS 2*2*2*2 = 16 bets for the acca = 48 bets total.

It is the same for both football and racing.
