Hi,

I am attempting to use Macromedia Dreamweaver MX -I have 2 problems -

The first is the fact that I am unfortunately not a very competent computer user, the second is the software I am using is in Portuguese - whilst I can understand some of the language - my problem is compounded by not being very efficient with the software + the language problem.

Are there any websites or internet workshops regarding this, and is it possible to change the language to English - if it was in English it would be half the battle I suppose...

Thanks in advance for any help.

Merlin.

And you bought this from Portugal!! :doh

I'm still looking at Dreamweaver & Adobe Golive before I move over, and both have good & bad points.

I just hate moving once your used to software, I've been on IBM Websphere for around 3 years, and although it does the business, it includes non of the new code developed since.

Dreamweaver does have PHP capabilities in it though, Adobe doesn't, and that may just sway the argument.

Have a look for a book on Amazon Merlin, and then use the New&Used button, and pick one up cheaper. The thicker the better I always say :) ...or would that be the wife :doh

Well as you hold the license, shouldn't be a problem downloading the English version from p2p and installing it over that one.
