Simple to find these and proved quite profitable.
Horse must have been placed last time out.
Handicaps only.
Last run four days or less.
The theory behind this is that the handicapper takes between 5 and 8 days to assess a horse's rating and whilst the winners of races run with appropriate penalties, the placed horses will run with no penalty and are effectively 'well in' next time out.
The system should work with ALL Handicaps including NH and AW.
