TOM and JON are hapless punters (most of the time), but run a tipping service – they profess to have racing contacts….TOM¨s ex-girlfriend (7 times removed) had a friend who worked in the Spar in Spewfartit, the headquarters of flat racing, she sleeps with stable lads for tips – and then passes them onto Tom…

JON meanwhile has a second cousin who is the roadsweeper in the NH village of Spamporn , he is usually out sweeping the roads as the NH strings are departing for the downs….occasionally exchanging jokes for tips with the work riders…..

They both live and run their tipping service from a bedsit at a Berkshire address in the Royal town of Winsure…….

Anyone have anyideas or web-tools for a cartoon type strip ? – probably produced weekly and posted here…., on a Saturday maybe……..

Not a story , a weekly cartoon strip.......But , I have no idea how to produce cartoons....or comic type graphics.....

Powerpoint could be good, I would assume that most people have it installed as part of the MS Office suite.

I guess the best solution is one that everyone can view....Word for instance.
