moving to spain

if so get in touch with me its an absolute minefield full of conmen and everybody out there trying to get there hands on your cash.
i can give you some good advise and help you out.

my own move has been put back a few weeks due to nearly losing a lot of cash. i was very lucky.

I was told by my mate in the property business over their it's always best to employ a local solicitor to organise everything.

solicitors are not the problem out there its mainly the estate agents. basically don't use an english one. there is no laws to protect the punter from these guys. if i was buying again i'd use a spanish estate agent most offices have someone english speaking.
