Help required....

I had to restore my pc , but before doing so , I tr all my music files onto disc....how on earth do I get the contents of the disc back onto the pc ???

Also installed Nero to burn music onto disc..after selecting the tracks and clicking burn..the programme asks me to input a disc , and the cd drawer , with disc in there , opens...any suggestions...and thanks.

It should just be a case of putting the disk in the drive, opening my computer, double click on cd drive select edit, select all (CTRL-A), then edit copy (CTRL-C) then going to my music and selecting edit and paste (CTRL-V)

Hopefully they should all copy back over.

...hhmmmm this one sounds nero is expecting a different type of disk, when you open a new compilation does it say DVD or CD?

first part is easy just stick the cd in drive , double click in windows explorer[ make sure view is set to explorer bars - folders] left click on top file then left click whilst holding up button on keyboard on last file, this should highlight all files, then just drag and drop to the folder you want them in.
when you have done this burning becomes much easier depending on which version of nero you are using, open nero - select cd in top right corner - go to audio symbol[ 3rd from right] - then to make audio cd - add tracks you want - click next - put blank cd in burner click burn project now making sure you tick close cd or it will only play in pc.
