The day BT are kicked into touch the better, I've had an outstanding problem (that even they can't explain) for two months now.
Keith - WorldPay (hint hint). It's the future :D

Fair enough! I've e-mailed and spoke to (non) support at BTC&B and they are at a loss to explain what the hell is going on, so needless to say, until they sort it out (which I don't expect them to) I won't be upstairs for a while!

Keith,
I did chase them up on this again today, and received a reply that they couldn't find any problem?! I've replied asking them to a) escalate it and b) basically get their fingers out of their :butthead: so we'll see what that brings.
They should have a logged history of my problems, why they can't read is beyond me (must be Scousers) :D
Cheers for your kind offer though, I'll see how I go for now though.
Kevin

A friend of mine has just been screwed Ģ600 by one of those rogue diallers. What did BT say, nothing to do with us even it is them that give the number out, and collect the revenue before passing it onto the dialler company :doh

I have never understood why BT can't at least refund their part of the profit to the people afflicted by this.

So is BTClick&Buy Customer Support!

Actually BT customer support is one of the best I've come across, and have always solved any problems within an acceptable time frame. But if I don't know your problem I can't help you, unless you clicked twice on the porn payment site by mistake :D
