I spent many hours looking at it before I worked it out! It is the black hair that makes it hard to work out because it looks like someone has splatted black paint on a bit of paper. Once you work that out you realise it is a girl headbanging! :)

Yes you are quite right, I like it because it's very obscure unless you search the pages of google and find the full-size desktop wallpaper! (which I also have, but not 'set as' at the mo.) :)
