NTL Proxy's - HELP !!!

If anyone can get hold of a few NTL Proxy server IP's and post them here I'd be much appreciated.

Connection is up and down like a yo-yo !!

Thanks for the help guys.....I did try a few of the options, and one did work for 5 minutes!.....have bookmarked the links and copied most of the info into notepad for future reference.
