Seriously, the most you can lose is your starting bank so set aside a sum you could potentially afford to lose. £200 can easily be turned into many thousands in a couple of years though. But read all you can and ask all the questions you need to though

The general idea is you don't lose.... although you will have losing days the long term trend is always increasing profits. If you're new to this game I'd suggest leaving the pro losers well alone, especially if you aren't to well up on using the exchanges - or if you must do them use a smalll bank you're prepared to lose.
