Help please.

A friend has contaced me with this anybody help please?

Since I have changed my computer fron a Windows98 to XP, I am unable to access the prices on the RP betting shop, all I get is a red cross in a box.
Although a complete nerd in computer operation, I suspect it is because my pc is not 'java enabled', possibly because of some rather expensive surgery to limit viruses and spyware.
Wouldn't surprise me if I was completely wrong though! Confused
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Probably need to go to the Sun Microsystems site and download the latest Java code. Just search in Google, it's usually the first link.

You may also need to Enable the Java in the Advanced section of your IE Settings page.
