Saving BBC video program

Saving BBC video program - Is it possible to save a BBC internet video file (Real Player!)program for later playback? If so how would one do it.

A. Your not allowed to
B. Real Player only feeds it, it doesn't save it.
c. Their is software but I can't tell you, as I don't want to be sued :)
