was just channel hopping a wee while ago and found this channel (The Hits) is showing the top 100 rock videos.... countdown is at 40 just now, so a fair bit to go, and some classic stuff on in the half hour I've been watching, from the Pistols, to the White Stripes, Alice Cooper, Guns'n'Roses... :)

So did you stay tuned until the end? I don't have that channel but would be interested in knowing what video was Number 1. Thanks.

The 100 were voted for by Kerrang readers so you can imagine a bit of bias towards newer music and certain bands... number one was Guns'n'Roses - November Rain... bit of a surprise, both Paradise City and Sweet Child of Mine were in the top 50 that I saw... was a good way to spend the evening instead of the usual crap on telly!

Oh, I too am surprised at that. I don't actually like November Rain .......... a bit dirge-like IMHO. If a Gn'R vid was to be Number 1 I would have expected Sweet Child if only for Slash's sublime solo 3/4's way thru.
