MP3 Player Problem

Hi,

I have a creative zen touch mp3 player and for some reason my laptop is no longer recognising it. When I open up the software for uploading songs the player is no longer present....any ideas??

Oops....problem solved...when you said that OZ i realised that I would probably have to update the usb drivers....cool. thanks man
