how can i copy / paste from excel to the forum?
so that i can keep the spacing.

I just select the cells I want and copy and paste (use the 'post reply' button rather than the 'quick reply').

i have been pressing the 'post reply' oldham, but it squeezes it all up a bit.
it may not be possible - but i would prefer to keep it in a table format.

Check the bottom left of the thread - if HTML is set to Off, it won't work.

I think HTML is only on for the Mods to stop others from abusing it.

You can always add it as an attachment, or publish it on a free web page and link to it (to it towoo!! Said Mr Owl!!!)

i have usesd ....... for the spacing, easy enough. and will add an XL doc for the result's.
