I HAVE ALWAYS BELIEVED THAT THE COLOUR GREEN IS EASIEST ON THE EYES. OR SO THE EXPERTS SAY. BUT THERE IS LIMEGREEN,--DARK GREEN,GREEN,----YELLOW GREEN, DARK OLIVE GREEN,--SEA GREEN,PALE GREEN,
I prefer LIME GREEN! :D :D :D

Tovarich, best of luck with these.
But can you explain how you are claiming an LSP of +13 points when your record shows 3 losers and one 9/4 winner (LSP, -0.75pts)?
Ohhh ....... that green colour is seriously sore.

Cripes, I don't know if it's just my monitor but that lime is squintingly bad !
Ah, with colour, contrast and brightness turned fully off, it's easy on the eye now :D

Morning, ICEBREAKER, as a HIBS supporter :( I've never had anything against the colour GREEN so you may have to put up with it for a while yet, at least until or if "Something New" proves to be a washout.
The 13 Pts profit, by the way, was carried forward from a previous thread Something New (1)
Only a small profit yesterday but it helps. :wiggle:

Hello Tovarich, best wishes for a Hibs win away to Hearts this afternoon.
The 13 Pts profit, by the way, was carried forward from a previous thread Something New (1)
But, the only horses proofed to this forum on "Something New (1)" were W9/4, L,L,L.
Well done on yesterday's profit by the way.

You are dead right, Icebreaker, I didn't proof anything to anybody and If you don't believe me - FINE. :( I didn't post the original thread to win a medal or just to get plaudits, - I just happened to get an idea, followed it the next day when it won, followed it the next day when it won again and then I posted it as something to watch - with the caveat not to bet on it until it has been proofed over a decent interval of time, maybe twelve months or more which I will continue to do. You don't have to keep records except, for the sake of continuity. As long as I know that yesterday was a winning day, today was a winning day and then I can hope that tomorrow will be a winning day then I'll be a happy man.
Every successful system, and there are some - ask keith - must start with the germ of an idea. given a tweak here and there and hopefully improved to become a viable and profitable way of betting. As long as you get more winners than losers - and you'll get both I promise - and decent prices (NO ODDS ON) then you should make a reasonable profit
I know in my own mind that this past week has shown a profit of 14 points and that is good enough for me. :) If it fails to show a profit this week then perhaps it will get a tweak or two. If it still doesn't show a profit then it may well finish up where all naughty systems go, - in the bin.
Tomorrow I will start afresh, with a 3 % "hypothetical" bank and take it from there, OK? :)
