How do you take them...

I tried copying and pasting to word, but then I'd have to upload the word document which is silly,

I just wanna post an attachment picture like Presto does?? :D

If anyone knows, pwease let me know!

You can get them with Paint Shop Pro

or

I currently use ScreenPrint32

Nah, press Ctrl+Prt Scr, over near your numeric keyboard, home, end, delete etc keys

I just tried that Mat by highlighting your message and pressing Ctrl + Print Screen, nothing happened?? :(

Open Paint and paste the screen shot then use the cut to grab the bit you want new paint screen and then save the result in the jpeg format.

CTRL + Print Screen grabs only the window you have 'enabled' (brought to the front, so to speak), which is usually a good thing. Printing the screen without holding CTRL simply prints your full screen display.
