Does the forum require me to wait 15 seconds before submitting another search?

Really?
When I click on new posts, I have to have been on the previous page for more than 15 seconds.

This is what happens:
This forum requires that you wait 15 seconds before submitting another search. You have 13 seconds to wait before another search will be allowed.

it's been pissing me off a bit. as for some reason my mouse has started to double click every so often (when i only press once).
so i sometimes close 2 browser windows instead of one.
get 'wait 15 sec' after one click etc....
