Ok.....

If more than a dozen of you agree to take part and reply on this thread.......
then I am willing to post a prize (Amazon Voucher) thread for anyone who can name:

The Top 3 finishers in the correct order, 1st, 2nd & 3rd..........
AND..... the first three to leave, again in the correct order.

I will take the first three to leave as exactly that......... whether they walk, are evicted by public vote, are removed by Big Brother, or any other reason.

It will be another Email participation quiz, so you will need to Email me your selections.

1. I am willing to put up £50 for anyone who can name BOTH the Top 3 AND Bottom 3 in the correct order. (Prize shared if more than one winner)

2. I will also pay £20 to anyone who can name EITHER the correct Top 3 OR the Bottom 3 in correct order. (Again prize shared if more than one correct)

Minimum prize awarded will be £5 to any winner.
No correct answers = no payout.
That is the gamble I am prepared to take.

Reply ASAP to show your interest.

Less than 12 replies then forget it, game over.

The first eviction could possibly be as early as Sunday evening so post now.

It is also highly likely another housemate will be added to the mix during the first week (Sir Jimmy Savile, I believe) so I will be allowing you to change your selections (to a limited extent) if & when this takes place, so, watch this space.

To take part........

Email me your selections starting with your Win2Win User name to:

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Sort out the correct dots etc in the address

Entry deadline: 20:00 GMT Sunday 8th January.

NOTE: Prizes reduced to £20 & £10 respectively due to low interest. (20:30 - 08/01/06)

Ada.

Oh yeah, mine sent just now at 6:15pm

TheGoodGuy
8th January 2006, 00:14
2 entries now confirmed.........

Not looking too good that this is actually going to happen.

Let's see.....give people a chance to respond.....that's what I've been told......so.....

Ada.

Just 3 entries received so far, with an hour and a half to go until the 8 o'clock deadline.

Looks to be heading for a washout due to minimal interest, but hey, there's still a bit of time left.

Big Brother really isn't my thing else I'd be in like a shot

TheGoodGuy
8th January 2006, 21:14
Well that's your lot.........time's up.

I have received just 4 Emails.

As a thank you to the 4 of you who want to play, I will let this carry on but I am afraid I am going to reduce the prize due to the lack of interest.

The prizes (Amazon Vouchers) now stand at
£20 for anyone who can name BOTH the Top 3 AND Bottom 3 in the correct order.
£10 for anyone who can name EITHER the correct Top 3 OR the Bottom 3 in correct order.
£5 for anyone who can name EITHER the correct Top 3 OR the Bottom 3 in ANY order.

Prizes will be shared if more than 1 of you have the correct answers.

Minimum prize awarded will be £5 to any winner.
No correct answers = no payout.

NOTE: It is highly likely another housemate will be added to the mix at some stage (Sir Jimmy Savile, I believe) so I will be allowing you to change your selections (to a limited extent) if & when this takes place, so, watch this space.

So, good luck to:

Fadetoblack
BigC
Ruby
Presto

Thanks Ada, the forum has got quite lazy lately. Big Brother is not my thing really either but since it always seems to be on I may as well have a vested interest.

bigcumba
8th January 2006, 21:35
Cheers Ada, must admit I'm rather surprised at the response to this - even if you're not a BB fan there was still a damn good prize up for grabs... free entry... ah well, as they say you can't win it if you're not in it!

Ruby

Thanks Ada,
Like Big C, I 'm surprised that all these gambling folk not going for this one...
ah well...c'est la vie!!
...Have to say I am relying on the expert advice of the 18 year old babe that is my daughter...let's hope she's right!! :D

UPDATE:

Chantelle has escaped eviction & convinced the rest she has more celebrity 'status' than two of her other housemates.......easy or what?!

That means........obviously.......
...that all 4 of you... FTB, BigC, Ruby & Presto...
...are still in the running for any winning combinations to win top prize money.

The first eviction is apparently on Friday night, so let's see if that changes things.

PLEASE BE AWARE: Earlier this evening, I added a £5 prize for naming EITHER the Top 3 OR Bottom 3 in ANY order.

This was done...
a) because only 4 of you are playing, &
b) it will hopefully mean the final prizes, (if any) won't be determined until the final placings are declared.

You're a good man.

TheGoodGuy
9th January 2006, 00:31
FTB,

Thank you kind sir.

By the way......
As you live over in Ireland, excuse my ignorance here but, if you win something out of this, are UK Sterling Amazon Vouchers of any use to you over there in Euro money land, or would payment by some other means be more appropriate?

Regards

Ada.

Magic beans :laugh :peeky

Fadetoblack
9th January 2006, 00:33
Well I don't think I'll be winning but...sterling would be just fine kind sir..worth a good deal more than our humble euro in fact

TheGoodGuy

FTB
Noted....thanks.

Don't rule yourself out of winning something...not yet anyway...
There are a fairly varied mix of answers, & I don't think I am going to get away with paying nothing in prize money, even though there are are only 4 of you playing.

Ada. :yikes:

UPDATE: 22.30 Friday 13th

JODIE MARSH EVICTED

Fadetoblack; BigC; Ruby & Presto.....
This event has changed each of your chances of winning......

Presto
Unfortunately you had Jodie as one of your TOP 3 so that eliminates you from the game as you can no longer achieve the correct top or bottom 3 in any order.

BigC & Ruby
Neither of you nominated Jodie to be evicted so your only chance left is the possibility of achieving the TOP 3 in either ANY or CORRECT order.

Fadetoblack
You successfully nominated Jodie to be evicted in your bottom 3, but not first out , so you are still in the running to achieve the BOTTOM 3 in ANY order (£5), and of course to achieve the TOP 3 in either ANY or CORRECT order

To summarise:

Fadetoblack: Both Top & Bottom 3 predictions still possible
BigC & Ruby: Top 3 predictions ONLY still possible
Presto: Eliminated

Advice on new additions to the house will be given if & when it can affect the final result.
Watch this space.

Next scheduled eviction: Wednesday 18th January

Ada.

UPDATE - 00:05 Thursday 19th

FARIA ALAM: 2ND EVICTION

Fadetoblack
You have successfully nominated Jodie & Faria to be evicted in your bottom 3, though not in the correct order, so you are still in the running to achieve the BOTTOM 3 in ANY order (£5), and of course to achieve the TOP 3 in either ANY or CORRECT order.

BigC & Ruby
Your only chance left still stands with the possibility of achieving the TOP 3 in either ANY or CORRECT order.

Ada.

Thanks Ada....one to go on my trixie...

UPDATE - 23:10 Friday 20th

RULA LENSKA: 3RD EVICTION

Fadetoblack
Bad luck Fade.....Rula being evicted has scuppered your chance of winning the £5 prize for correctly nominating the bottom 3 as Dennis Rodman was your third choice.
You are, of course, still in the running to achieve the TOP 3 in either ANY (£5) or CORRECT (£10) order.

So.........

Fadetoblack, BigC & Ruby...
All 3 of you now still stand the chance of achieving the TOP 3 in either ANY (£5) or CORRECT (£10) order.

Good Luck

Ada.

UPDATE - 01:00 Thursday 26th

GEORGE GALLOWAY: 4TH EVICTION
DENNIS RODMAN: 5TH EVICTION

So...the state of play now means that ...

BigC...Unlucky my friend...game over for you as you had George as one of your Top 3.

Fadetoblack & Ruby...
Both of you still stand a chance of achieving the TOP 3 in either ANY (£5) or CORRECT (£10) order.

All will be revealed on Friday evening....so watch this space!

Good Luck

Ada.

UPDATE - 21:45 Friday 27th

TRACI BINGHAM: 6TH EVICTION
PETE BURNS: 7TH EVICTION
PRESTON: 8TH EVICTION

That leaves the TOP 3 as being....

MAGGOT (3rd)
MICHAEL BARRYMORE
CHANTELLE

Unfortunately, this means that ...

Fadetoblack & Ruby...
With Preston in 4th place & Chantelle in at least 2nd place I'm afraid it means GAME OVER for you both, as the pair of you had Preston in your TOP 3 and NOT Chantelle.
In fact you both picked the same people for your TOP 3:
Preston, Maggot & Michael.

Therefore the game ends with no prizewinners.......sorry.

The good news for me is my wallet remains unharmed!!!!

Thanks to those of you who took part.
I'll think up another money winning game for you all soon.

Regards

Ada.
