Lodging Money in Betfair

Normally, I deposit money with my credit card, but I don't want to do this any more because of the charges. I notice that you can use a direct bank transfer facility.

How does this work?

When I click on it, I am given betfair ulster bank account details. Do I go to a branch and lodge money into the account number given?

Is there any charge for doing this?

thats how i deposite cash its best to ring betfair up especially if you are doing big funds they will give you an aditional ref. number which you can put on the form in the bank. if you go to your own bank just tell them you want to do a bank transfer they have the forms and will fill them in for you if you give them all the details. i got charged off my spanish bank for doing it but you'rs might be free cash was in my betfair the last time i did it in 48hrs. which i was very surprised with
