Problem opening IE

This is kind of hard to explain, so I hope the screenshot works.

When I open up IE, It takes about 3 seconds, and it does not open instantly (like it did before)

It opens up kind of 'broken up' in a few parts at a time, and is fine after about 3 seconds.

I have a broadband connection, and it has only been doing it for a month or so. It is not a major problem (I don't think) but I'm just wondering why it does it.

I have ran all virus scans etc and cleaned up the pc, but it still does it.

Any ideas?

Control Panel> Add/Remove Prgrams> Add/Remove Window Components....it's in there :)

But that just gives me the option to remove it. Where is the repair option?

If I uninstall it, where do I find it again to re-install?
