In Outlook, when you rifght-click on an email you get the Junk options. I their a 'fix' to put on the option 'Add domain to blocked list'? As doing it the MS way is long winded, and a pain in the ass!! :geek

Outlook....or Outlook Express?

In Outlook, you should already have that option. If you right-click on an email, then click on Junk E-Mail, you get the options to:
Add Sender to
Safe Senders List
Add Sender to Blocked Senders List
Add Recipient to
Safe Recipients Lists
Click on the second option then enter the name of the domain

You can also add domains by going into Actions, Junk E-Mail, Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express you need to go to Tools, Message Rules, Blocked Senders List, click Add, then type the name of the domain.

Whether you're using Oulook or OE, you enter the domain name in the same way e.g. entering whatplanetisvegyon.com would block emails from orientarelosers@whatplanetisvegyon.com or whoareworcester@whatplanetisvegyon.com, etc.

Outlook!! The option doesn't exist in 'normal' Outlook. I've found plenty of people asking for it on the Net, but can't dig up a fix.

Blocking emails is a waste of time, blocking domains is a must these days, but it is long winded to do it, especially with 300+ spam a day.

You'd think if MS supplied the Add Sender to Blocked list, they would have done the same for the Domain......as they done it for Safe!! Bloody MS!

Create a rule - if sender contains the phrase 'domain.com' delete the email or something like that.

I see what you mean...the right-click option isn't available in OE but the option to add domains is still there.

The best solution in Outlook 2003 would be to Add Sender to Blocked Senders List using the right-click, then go into the Junk E-Mail settings and edit out everything before the @domain_name.com. But no way of doing it with a right-click, I'm afraid. Bear in mind that blocking a domain is next to useless though given that many of them will be fake or spoofed.

You can also stop all top-level domains (e.g. .ru, .il, .ws, etc) by going to Actions, Junk E-mail Options, International, Blocked Top-Level Domain List, and selecting all the countries/regions you want to block.

Thanks Glos. Can't be bothered adding an extra spam software, too much hassle.

Somone keeps spoofing my filipinouk.com site, buggers.
