wysiwyg copy and pasting

I want to copy and paste certain RP racecards into a word document. The problem is that since the RP site upgrade, it no longer allows me to simply copy and paste the text. It also copies the embedded stuff, and turns out a complete mess.

Is there any way that I can highlight what I want from a site, and paste it as I see it without the embedded stuff?

I do it no problemo....are you using CTRL + left-click

Should I highlight the text first?

What I normall do is:

-Highlight the text that I want.

-Right click, then copy

-Go to word doc

-Right click, then paste.


However, this no-longer works on the new site, and I am getting something like this:

Highlight the racecard
Press CTRL + C to copy (or right click and select copy)
In Word go to EDIT
Then Paste Special
and click paste as 'Unformatted Text'

Just paste into Notepad, it'll format it for you.
