Not sure if i am putting this in the right place

Have downloaded BetAngel when i try to open it it says "windows needs to know what programme created .windows can go online to look it up automatically or you can manually select from the programmes on your computer HELP i am crap at stuff like this any advice thanks:wiggle:

What the full name, including extension (.zip etc), of the file you downloaded?

This is what it says
"Name Batangel.exe.config"
"Type Web configuration file"

Wiseman, I'm assuming the a in batangel is probably a typo. If so try this......


Right click the file, choose rename and delete the .config bit on the end but don't change anything else. Press enter when done.

So instead of this betangel.exe.config you just have a file called betangel.exe

Then double click the icon and it should run the install.

Sounds like you've named the program wrong when you donwloaded it....so download it again, and don't touch the name......then RUN.
