uploading files to forum

i have a quiz i tried putting on the forum but its two big (1.22mb) its in excel

i have tried making it smaller with winzip but it then says invalid file when uploading

can anyone help

i was even going to add a prize to the winner

Compress it as ACE or RAR, as I know they work.

its too big , its 1.19 and thats as a rar file

RAR it, then ACE it :)

Alternatively, just highlight the relevant cells and use 'Save as Web page' - the htm file should be a lot smaller that the spreadsheet.
