i placed a bet this morning on Never So Blue in the 13:20 Exeter @ 2.6, im pretty sure it got matched at that price and ive just checked the race and ive got him matched at 1.59 :(

is this because AP's ride is a non-runner? if so why did it change my bet to 1.59, bit annoying as it looks like its going to be evens.

lol yeah mine is down from 2.88 to 1.76 or something stupid.

Happened the other day on a lay tho, went from 8 something down to 5 after confirmation cos of a nonrunner. First time Ive noticed it, is it a new feature anyone know?

First time Ive noticed it, is it a new feature anyone know?Nope, been around as long as I have known Betfair to exist. It's only the same as a Rule 4 deduction really.

one NR and then another withdrawn in that race, so as Mat said, basically Betfair apply their version of a Rule 4 deduction. It can be annoying when you end up with a price much lower than SP - pays to keep an eye on the NR's if you can so you can see the effect on the Betfair markets.
