Unique e-maill addy

Is it possible to obtain a unique emaill addy without obtaining a Domain name and webspace :doh .

Something like myname @ thisisme.com or myname @ big-punter.co.uk

A mate want's to impress the club he is a member of with a unique address :ermmm .

You can buy a domain name for less than a tenner for a couple of years - I use www.123-reg.co.uk (http://www.123-reg.co.uk) and there is a control panel which allows you to set up mail forwarders. Your myname @ mydomain.co.uk can point to any email address but you can set Outllook Express to show that it comes from your personalised addy.
