No sound

My speakers on my PC worked fine before I moved,
but since I have put it back together, the speakers do not seem to be working anymore?

I have checked the sound settings on the PC, and they seem to be fine. The speakers work on other devices.

Anyone know what the problem could be or if there is something I have forgotten to plug back in?

Something to check, see if you have a tick in the mute box. I did that once before in error or maybe the wave sound setting is right down? Can you hear a music cd if you play it on the computer?
