My broadband connection speed today has been abysmal. Anyone else having trouble? Enquired with them and they said everything is ok at their end.
My voip phone has been unusable, had to go back on BT for today.:(

Mine was flickering on/off around midday on PlusNet, so switched over to BT, don't know what it's like now. Have you looked in your account at the problems list?

Yes mate, there was nothing showing, nothing reported on any of the service logs.
