W2W system manager problem

I have been using W2W system manager for 2 weeks now and had no problems until this morning when i tried to run the software i got the error message:-

This software will not work offline - please ensure it is enabled in your firewall

I have checked my firewall settings and made sure it is enabled and have also tried to download the software again but still have the same problem!!

Any ideas?

Something on your PC is preventing it form talking to my server, so it cannot verify the Unlock Code. It is something you have changed since it was working. Installing software, windows update, etc.

Ok i think i'll just have to dig a bit more!!
