System Manager Question

I have been trying to use the software, however, keep receiving an error message

"This software will not work offline
Please ensure it is enabled in your firewall."

When opening software I am online, have enabled software in my firewall and also have .net framework installed.

Is there anything else I've missed?

Something on your system setup is blocking it, with 1000's of software out there, it is impossible to guess.

It worked perfectly last night after downloading it but won't work today.

I have not added any new software since and can't work it out.

Downloaded to pc this afternoon and receiving the same error message.

Laptop running Norton and pc running Kapersky. Worked on laptop last night!

Anyone any ideas
