Due to a major technical failure at my host in New York on the network, the site ended up being offline for more than 24hrs. Although this problem was out of my hands, I apologies for any inconvenience.
Over the coming months I will be transferring all sites in the US to a UK based host as soon as I find one that actually has working customer service over the holiday periods. It took me 4hrs to get through yesterday. :headbange
For those who actually take note of the information on the forum, the member's information & free bets appeared on the backup server http://www.win2win.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=50584

One other thing, sending email to me is not much use as if the server is down, so it my email. :)

No apologies to the plonkers who host my server, they now make Betfair help look efficient. :ooo Mind you, even with all that downtime, I've probably still be online longer than Betfair in 2007!! :wink
Here' my diary from Sunday:
Got to the computer at 8:30am (got up at 8:25...traffic was terrible getting to work!!!)
Site was offline, but had been very slow the night before at around 11pm, so I'd rebooted it then.
I called the hosts in the good old US of A.......very kindly they answered the phone just over 4hrs later :headbange. Great 24/7 service :ermmm.
The nice man told me he'd been there all the time and wasn't sure why the phone was telling me I was next inline ;fire
Anyway, he rebooted it, which fixes 99.99% of problems. As a hard boot takes yonks to do, I hung up.....and waited......an waited....In the end I had to ring them back, and like Superman they answered quickly in a staggering 1hr 10 mins :lickme Only to pass me to an Administrator who said he was busy but would look into it! ;fire
I'd given up after that for the day, and only rung back at 10pm last night, to be told by the guy on the next shift the problem was on the network at the hosts.....so off to bed ZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I'm off to the US in 2 weeks, so I'm really going to take the pss out of them :icon_tong:icon_tong:icon_tong
