How do you get over jetlag?

It must be like pregnancy for me......I soon forget the pain on my return.....and want another one :yikes:

Anyone found a 'magic' pill, or grandma drink?

In ye olde days, 10 pints of cider usually sorted it, but as I'm a good boy now , that is no longer an option.

I'm starving.....even though my body thinks it's about 2am :ooo....time to eat half a ginger cake :geek

Welcome back to a land that is reasonably civilised. I'm sure you'll soon recover from the jet lag and be back to your usual cynical self more's the pity.:D

Plenty of caffiene type drinks until around 3pm and make sure you go caffiene free after that. Have 'supper' about 8pm and go to bed about 10.
