A chance to play up some Cheltenham winnings. Arnold Layne looks good for this. On form has a better chance of staying than anything else in the field. Is in form and is bet of the day. Only concern is that there are a couple in the field who have been layed out for this and have not shown their hand yet and are better handicapped. But Arnold Layne continues to find improvement stepped up in distance and can go on. Only 1 of 2 Roseliers in the field who over extreme distances are worth following, absolute copperbottomed stamina, Royal Emperor looks to have a limited chance. Micky Fitz in the plate is another positive. Is a solid jumper in the main and LTO would have restored confidence after the famous McCoy incident. That fall was on heavy ground which does not suit but he was still backed into favourate in a grade 3 Hcp Chase so there is clearly confidence in his ability even when conditions do not suit. Ground more like it today.

Good Luck
