Have not dabbled in the horses for ages but have been looking at Keith's Odd's on system. Do I understand correctly that it is complimentary and that you just check the pass code each day to activate it. Have only played around with it but does it actually save the results!
Excuse if this is a dippy question.

It saves the results, and the code & qualifiers are free, although all short priced horses this year are some way below the average for some reason.

What do I need to do to save the info please. Have clicked back up and message says files saved...but when I next look at the programme I have to start again...

Not if you use it correctly it doesn't. Keep playing with it, you can reset it anytime.
