Well at least for the Fillies race most of them have actually ridden in the trials, so we have form to go on.

I still like Infallible, especially as she's reported to have come on for her win, and had the form franked the other day.

I can't stand trainers who after being beaten in the Guineas say "Oh it was just a trial to see if he'd stay the Derby trip" :splapme ....yer right....so why not run it in a 1m Handicap that costs about £20,000 less to enter then?

It so often pays to oppose the favs in these races.. O`Brien is such a dark one but if you listen to him carefully he often drops a good hint and he had been talking before about Henry the Navigator needing fast ground..not that I listened :yikes:
I agree with you...they can never just say 'beaten by a better horse but bloody disappointing.' It`s always really really part of some great Master Plan.
