Morning all, long time no speak.

Playing a helluva lot of poker lately, results mixed, but all accounts are in significant profit thanks to at least 1 decent MTT win or FT on each of them.

So, where are you playing?

I'm currently on :

Betfair - Markwales
DTD Poker (Cryptologic network) - Markwales
Pokerstars - Markwales
Full Tilt - JonDohnson
Betdaq - TheDons

At present pokerstars seems to be my favourite. I do like the $12 180 seater tourneys, and have had a few decent results in them, a couple of 2nds for $396 but am yet to win one, due to losing races when HU or in the final 4 mainly.

Had some decent results on Crypto network, winning the $4k Headhunter twice in a week being the best for $900+ each.

Full Tilt I mainly play the $11 90 seaters with mixed success. I'm new to this site and am still getting to grips with their structures.

Betfair I play a bit of everything, do very well in the satellites, and have won a few tourneys lately, $1200 gtd, $1000 gtd's etc.

I don't play cash, and I play very very few STT's, I'm an MTT man through and through.

I hope to see some of you at the tables in passing.

Mark

Party Poker when I get the chance, got the most money in it.

Haven't touched Betfair for around 2 years, got sick of the muppets.

PKR when I want something different and a fun game. :)

bet 365 havn't been playing that long but so far have done ok. Playing mtts have won one and finished 5th in another so am about £800 up but really need to get a lot more consistancy in my game. Have a tendancy to go on tilt when really there is no need. if i could combat this might make a few bob.
i used to use sharkscope to see how good players were but then 1 day put my username in and the results on there are way different to my actual results not sure why that is but hence i no longer use it

I play STTs on Ladbrokes, primarily 10 pays 5 tourneys at the mo. Never been a big fan of MTTs. I don't particularly like the idea of 3 or 4 hours of poker with little or nothing to show for it at the end.

I do have half an eye on the future and above the $10 level (I am still playing $5 STTs at the mo) these 10 pays 5 tourneys tend to die out on Ladbrokes so I am kinda keeping my eyes out on other sites for suitable tourneys. I'll probably end up playing normal STTs and maybe I need to sign up with one of the big US sites for the larger player base. We'll see - although I hate the US sites' banking generally speaking.

Pokerstars is the way to go Mat :D

Not had any problems with the banking side of things using a debit card, if using a CC (which I am 100% you personally wouldn't be) then it may be different.

The ones I looked at before all charged fees or wanted you to use eWallets such as Neteller etc. That's why I like the UK bookie sites as they use one single account and I can transfer from sportsbook to poker and back again freely, plus use my Visa debit card for deposits and withdrawals.

My attention span is dreadful at the minute which is why I play turbo 10 pays 5 tourneys on Ladbrokes. The play is weak and I can build a bankroll with low variance. I have a ROI of about 22% on these tourneys at present, which seems to be the same as standard STTs based on the smallish sample of those that I have, but at a lower variance.

its never 3 to 4 hours with nothing to show for it. If you make it to 2nd break 2 hours you're almost always in the money. i would think for someone like you it would be generally easy to make a good amount of cash from them. The first hour is normally pretty boring but half the field exit so you can amuse yourself with other people poor play and get envolved with the banter which can be very funny at times

Nice work Mark! We'll have to have an online game together again sometime.

Still playing Ladbrokes, but getting a bit bored of it... I joined Full Tilt yesterday but I can't deposit any money because it says my bank details don't match my bla bla bla... I need to speak to their team of dedicated monkeys to sort it out. Will get round to it.

Oh, and I really need to download/steal/buy Poker Office.

I mainly play on Full Tilt and Pokerstars, and the odd time on Betfair. The site I would reccommend to anyone is always Pokerstars have the most choice of games (cash, sngs, tournies) and are by far the most reputable with the best customer service.

Just avoid Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker, who are by far the shadiest sites around. I would also avoid the smaller sites and stick with the larger one's and you should be OK.

ps. John good luck getting in touch with Full Tilts customer service, I hear it is pretty poor.

Rubbish! Thanks for the heads up, and for the above link.

I might just delete my FT account - Poker Stars sounds better.

Didn't like Poker Stars... the look and feel of the table is very old-fashioned.

Sticking to Full Tilt. :)
