Heeeelllllpppppp!

I've just installed it... I'm playing a game of poker on Ladbrokes with Poker Tracker open and it's completely blank... every menu, every screen, all blank - it's not picking up anything.

Any ideas? Am I missing something completely obvious?

Trying it with Pokerstars now... still nothing at all.

Weird. And worrying.
