Panorama Special: Racing's Dirty Secrets

"Six years after Panorama's investigation into alleged corruption in horse racing, Paul Kenyon investigates betting patterns.
He reveals why those who run the sport are concerned about punters gambling large amounts of money on horses losing rather than winning"

Could be an interesting watch............

Another load of tosh, form a person who understands bugger all about betting. :icon_tong

Does the idiot not realise that bookmakers now play the loser markets to balance books? They put in £10,000's each race, and I turnover £10,000's on lays every day.

I bet he won't even mention the fact that a £20,000 bet going in as a lay may actually just be a trade. :splapme

Plus the fact an electronic trail tells the authorities exactly who is betting on what.

I saw this advertised, even if they dont know anything about horse racing i still love those programs where they run up and stick a camera in peoples faces in an attempt to get a "::swear off" or even a punch thrown.

As long as they dont show up at my ::swear door that is :)
