Double Result Odds

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a formula that the bookies use to work out the odds of a double result (HT/FT) in football?

I looking at past football data and I have the odds of the home, away and draw from VC Bet from 2005.

I would like to see if I can find any football systems and I am looking at double-results. I got the strike rate and bets/wins of the possible outcoome but would like to see if I can also produce the profits.

Looking at the odds with VC Bet on tomorrows Carling cup matches (90 mins, HT Odds and HT/FT odds) I can't seem to see a simple formula.
