I ordered a new laptop from Dell but because of their rules, I can only have it delivered to my home address. I can live with that as the Dell site states that the courier will contact me before delivery telling me on what date it will arrive.
What really happened was that Business Post pushed a card through the door telling me that I wasn't in when the delivery was to be made :ermmm
I phoned the number on the card and arranged for redelivery on Friday...took the day off and waited in all day - no sign of any delivery :rolleyes:
I phoned again this morning to be told that the delivery had been arranged for Saturday, not Friday. Still no sign of any delivery and now their website has packed up and I can't track the consignment ;fire
This is only the second time that I have had dealings with Business Post and last time I had to do a 20 mile round trip to pick up the package.
Now I have to wait til Monday before I can contact them again :headbange
