Well they can't allow that........what....they'll have more taxes coming in...but more importantly....you can't allow the local folk to have somewhere to go and have fun.....oooo no no no.....

Why do they need one - anybody with a car can go along the motorway to Pontefract and now all the car owners have still got money because they all voted NO in the congestion charge vote...

...oh, wait...what about people who DON'T have a car...

As with all 'environment issues', people driving fuel guzzlers (and unless they have a car that runs on water, that includes ALL drivers) are likely to have the final say on the matter.
