He passed the breath test yet wrote off a Ferrari so one might suggest he could perhaps have been speeding and/or driving without due care and attention.

The police will be able to work out a basic speed from the cameras.

I reckon that the car only slightly lost it's grip on the road but rolled over several times to exaggerate the loss of control. :)
