Hello again, its been a while.

I'm having trouble withdrawing funds from a poker site. They are saying they need passport and address verification. I've never had to do this before and i'm just wondering is this common practise?

It usually is now, I've had to do it with Betfair in the past, and most sites dealing with gambling or investment.

The only ones you will not have to do it is if you are UK based resident, and the bookmakers are situated in the UK. Most poker sites hold licenses in the Channel Islands, and places like that.
