Oh ::swear ......still treading water with my back/lays :splapme .....maybe I'll breakout with Ronnie Biggs :rolleyes:

Had a couple of decent winners at the start of the day, went crap in the middle, and then picked up around tea time before the night was a load of :ass2

At least all the trading accounts are up, and I don't have to pay squat of the 50% :D

Lost about a fiver on the backs (got a crap price on the Stoute winner, took an early 6/5 as that was the best price and it went off 7/4) and a further £25 on the lays with a big winner on the Lay'ems again. I had two banks hit new lows as well - Trainer 3 and Jumping For Profit. The latter has been in freefall since I applied a new thoroughly researched staking plan to it too ;fire
