Averaged 115 last night :ermmm When will this guy be recognised for the best darts player in the history of the sport and be made a Sir :thumbs (he can have the one they take off that :ass2 banker :laugh)

You gotta feel sorry for the other guys, John Part averaged over 100, more than enough to win any match....but not against Taylor.

Players only beat Taylor because he has an off day, not because they are better than him...or he just lets them win now and again, otherwise they may give up :wink

It's his long term consistency that amazes me.... no other player in any other sport has dominated for so long and so convincingly.

That's the key I think BigC. The top players can average over 100 in short bursts but he can continue it for a whole game and if he's playing well the only way he will lose is if his opponent takes every chance at a double he gets. Let him in and it's all over.

What's more remarkable as well is that he did start to fall away a little (from his incredibly high standards) a year or so back but he just put more work in and has possibly come back even better than before.

Maybe they should test him for drug! As it is a pub game, if they don't find any they should ban him :laugh

He's changed twice in the last 18 months, apparently the ones he uses now are supposed to be good :rolleyes:
