Have lost my money

it was transferred from a bank in maritius on the 1st and they have lost it ::swear::swear

::swear::swear::swear::swear i have been waiting ten days now and on the phone every day it cant take that long to find a transfer. everything on my side is correct i:e correct swift number correct iban number and account details

I have just phoned barclays see what they offer to switch to their offshore account

Having spent a little time working on the cashiering side of our department, this comes as no surprise whatsoever.

We have untold problems due to incompetent staff, different departments in basnks not communicating with each other. It is really tedious. Any other customer relations businesses would be bankrupt if they treated customers the way some banks do!

I've been trying to get Lloyds to close 3 accounts for the last 2 years with no success!
