Decent enough day. Nothing spectacular but the kind of profit I wouldn't mind having every day.

Yesterday, I lost more than thirteen times what I won today, which I hope offers some perspective as to how bad it actually was. :yikes:

The only only blot on the copy book on what was a very quiet day today? You've guessed it - a winner on the Lay'em system in the 9.00 at 9.0. It doesn't matter how quiet a racing day it is at the moment, this system will hunt the winners down!

No Lay'em winners for me (Jonah - I may need to PM you in the next day or two about your selections, I may require a favour...) but a couple of winners late on over in Ireland meant the lays finished down slightly in cash terms but up 1.33pts because of the way the banks stand at present. My overlay was big today too :(

The only back bet I had lost so obviously down 1pt there

Very quiet day for me, but got a winner early with Hypnotic at a nice price, and another later with Stradbally. Up modestly, starting to get back yesterdays losses hopefully!

2 winners from 10 lays, one on the Lay'em and one on the Profit Machine, down 3.5pts. My Lay'em bank is down 60% since it's peak on 28th March :yikes:. Is anyone else showing a similar loss since then? My overlay on the winning horses has been a pretty poor 13.9% so that's bound to have had a big effect.
1 from 1 on the backs, up 1.2 pts.
