Hi Matt,

I have not really bothered with the afternoon racing today, as I think the evening racing is going to have much better betting opportunities.

But if you are really desperate for an winner this afty then have a bash on Wiseman's Diamond (5.00 Beverley) Won't be much of a price at around 9/4 or 2/1 but best to save it for tonight....

Got a corker for Newcastle (But will put it up later) :thumbs

Most of my losses are coming on two non-W2W lay systems that have been pretty consistent to date. Why do they both have to have a bad day together? :headbange

From the sound of everyone elses problems...I'm happy to say that I have two enforced days off today and tomorrow due to "real" work being so busy that I don't have time to either make the selections or get the bets on.

I had visions of this being the best day ever - just cos I wasn't doing anything :o)

...but finished the day with a whopping bet on Quivvy Bridge in the last at 5.5 :thumbs

Would have been more fun though but for 4 winning lays :mad:

It was looking very bleak for a while yesterday with just 1 winner from 12 and a winning lay at 10.5 in the afternoon racing. The evening was much kinder though and I ended the day surprisingly with a profit.

1 winner from 7 lays, down 3.75pts
4 winners from 20 backs, up 3.13 pts. I got Quivvy Bridge at 6.0 on my biggest bank so that saved the day.
